At 4feetshoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes in their original branded box and secure them inside a protective shipping mailer or outer carton.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated courier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
